The Philippine Meteorological Department issued a typhoon warning for Typhoon Ragasa on September 21, 2025.
The center of the storm is near the Philippine island of Luzon and is expected to strengthen into a Super Typhoon with maximum sustained winds of 201 kph in the next two days.
It is expected to move into the Gulf of Tonkin and north of Vietnam on September 25-26, 2025 and weaken into a tropical depression and hit the Lao PDR on September 26, 2025.
