General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam will pay an official visit to the Lao PDR on 5–6 February at the invitation of his Lao counterpart Thongloun Sisoulith.
To Lam’s visit aims to further strengthen the great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation and strategic partnership between the two countries, according to an announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
