Lao Airlines has officially brought its C909 to Shenzhen Airport in the People’s Republic of China to provide international passenger services and open up a more convenient and faster flight route for economic, trade and cultural exchanges between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and the Lao PDR.
The newly launched Shenzhen-Vientiane route will operate one round-trip flight between the two cities per week.
Inbound flight QV861 will depart Vientiane at 9:55 p.m. every Saturday, Vientiane time, and arrive in Shenzhen, China at 1:05 a.m. the following day, Beijing time; outbound flight QV862 will depart Shenzhen at 2:15 a.m. every Sunday, Beijing time, and arrive in Vientiane at 3:20 a.m. Vientiane time.
The opening of the Shenzhen-Vientiane route at Shenzhen Airport is an important step for the State-owned Lao Airlines to expand the market in the People’s Republic of China and further strengthen aviation relations between the Lao PDR and the People’s Republic of China./.
