Mr. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister, and his delegation conducted an on-site monitoring of economic development and production facilities in Vientiane Capital on September 19, 2025.
Mr. Sonexay visited the modern slaughterhouse in Simmano Village, Hat Xay Fong District, a commercial catfish farm in Dong Khoi Village, a Green Feed Feed Plant in Non Thong Village, and a Phoukham (CP) Feed Plant in Phoukham Village, Xay Thani District.
He was welcomed by Mr. Phouvong Vongkhamsao, Deputy Mayor of Vientiane Capital, and relevant parties, who also participated in the monitoring.
